Abstract
ABSTRACT Using an attendance system is not only beneficial for the company but also for employees. Several employees and apprenticeships of PT. SBMA Balikpapan still uses check clock attendance system technology. The problem that occurs with the check clock attendance system is that the clock print results are not clear or are printed more than once and do not match where they should be. Therefore, an employee attendance information system will be built using geolocation on a website basis which can be applied to PT. Solar Blue Pure Acetylene. To solve this problem, analysis, design and implementation methods are used. In designing the system, the author utilized the DFD (Data Flow Diagram) process model and the ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) data model. To build this system the author used the PHP programming language using the CodeIgniter 4 framework. The results obtained from the analysis and design of this system are that it makes it easier for employees and admins to input data and employee attendance. Apart from that, the system is also able to speed up the preparation of attendance reports at PT. SBMA Balikpapan. Keywords: Information Systems, Presence, Geolocation
