Abstract
ABSTRACT This research will discuss problems related to the implementation of an information system that focuses on management of facilities and outsourced personnel to resolve problems that occur at the BPJS Health Pati Branch Office. The system processes that are built include the attendance process, applying for permission to not come to work, recording rooms and recording items in each room. This information system is expected to support the management of facilities and systems for outsourced personnel. The data collection methods used by the author were interviews, literature studies based on previous research, the design process using the Unified modeling language, and the implementation process using the Laravel framework. The output of implementing this information system is how to design the system to be implemented, along with designing a mock up of the web user interface, and the system implementation process using the Laravel framework. The process of implementing this information system has been adapted to current business processes. The results of the system testing that has been carried out show that the business processes of each sub-system are running in accordance with current needs.
