Abstract

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A WEB-BASED ORDERING INFORMATION SYSTEM (Case Study: Bloomerypattiserie, Jln Kaliurang Sleman km 5) Nadia Agnes Kristina Sitindaon, Rr. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : Knadiaagnes@gmail.com, hajarsejati01@gmail.com, ABSTRACT Bloomerypatisserie is a cake shop that sells types of bread or cakes and also drinks that can be used as main or light meals in various shapes, types and flavors at different prices. Bloomerypatisserie is located at Jl. Kaliurang No.5, Karang Wuni, Caturtunggal, Kec. Depok, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. Currently, this shop still uses food or drink orders directly from the shop which takes quite a long time because consumers have to come to the shop directly or online orders are only served by the admin using WhatsApp media, resulting in orders piling up and messages being missed due to admin changes. Under these conditions, an ordering information system is needed to assist in the ordering process and help improve sales services. The research method was carried out by observation, interviews and literature study. Analysis and design of bloomerypatisserie orders will be built on a web basis that can provide accurate information to users. Keywords: Information System, Ordering, Web
