Abstract
ABSTRACT PT. MUDA BANGUN SEMESTA, is a food and beverage company that has many networks in Yogyakarta, which provides workers in various positions such as: cashiers, baristas, waiters and cleaners. The new employee recruitment system used so far still uses email, where prospective employees who want to apply for a job must send an application email to the company to submit the files. Companies can overcome the obstacles and limitations of these recruitment methods by using e-recruitment. E-recruitment makes it easier for companies to disseminate information about job vacancies, as well as the selection process for job vacancies in required positions. In this research, an e-recruitment system will be built using the prototype method. Through this system, job seekers also benefit in terms of costs, time, admissions information as well as a choice of available job vacancies and information on announcements of selection results sent via the applicant's account or email.
