Abstract

ABSTRACT Mitra Keluarga Clinic is a public clinic that provides health services by serving treatment and inpatient care for patients located on Jalan Raya Ilir Blok Bloran, Kandanghaur District, Indramayu Regency. Registration and data processing at the Mitra Keluarga Clinic is still done manually on paper such as files and books. Clinics need a web-based information system to overcome data vulnerabilities that are easily lost and damaged in patient data and patient medical records. With the existence of a web-based information system, it is hoped that patient medical records at the Mitra Keluarga Clinic can be optimized. Activities to optimize patient medical records are carried out using good and appropriate methods, so that errors do not occur in data processing. Research activities collect data and create information systems using data collection methods with interviews, observation and documentation, then there is system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing using Black Box testing. Thus, a web-based medical record information system was created for clinics to assist clinics in optimizing patient medical records and patient data so that they are not susceptible to loss and damage. The Mitra Keluarga Clinic information system not only allows the clinic to view patient medical records, but patients can also view detailed information regarding examinations or the history of their medical records. From the test results, it can be concluded that this application can be implemented to overcome data vulnerabilities and can optimize patient medical records, patient queues, data processing and administration.
