Abstract

ABSTRACT PT Nusantara Berkah Digital or better known as Nutapos is a digital startup company in the field of information technology. Currently, the employee attendance system used by Nutapos uses Google Spreadsheet which is accessed online by all employees who have been given access by HRD. However, the attendance system has a weakness in that the integrity of attendance data is not guaranteed because all employees who are given access to the spreadsheet can freely view, change, and even delete other employees' attendance data and this can lead to fraud in the future. One example is an employee who entrusts attendance. By creating a mobile-based presence system that uses facial pattern recognition and geofencing methods, this can be a solution to overcome this problem. This system is also integrated with the web platform used by HR Managers to manage attendance and employee data. This system was built using the Flutter framework for mobile devices and Laravel for web devices. Each employee has an individual access account on the mobile application that allows them to view their own personal data, so there is no longer any possibility for them to access the personal data of other employees. Tests carried out using a black box showed that the process success rate for this system was 86.4% from a total of 22 test scenarios.
