Abstract

ABSTRACT CV. Digital Solution Globalindo is a company engaged in information technology support services which handles repairs and procurement of information technology devices. This research is motivated by the project data management process at CV. Digital Solution Globalindo which has been computerized but not yet systemazed. Problems that arise include ordering services that are not integrated, discrepancies in the use of infrastructure during the project, and the provision of project status information to clients that has not been automated. Therefore, an analysis and implementation of an information technology infrastructure project management information system was carried out with the aim of building a system capable of processing service orders, increasing accuracy in the use of goods during the project, and monitoring project status and testing the system that has been built. The research methods used by researchers in collecting data were interviews and literature studies, while the system design and implementation process used Unified Model Language (UML), a PHP programming language with the Laravel and MySQL frameworks for database needs. The analysis and system implementation carried out resulted in a system capable of carrying out the data management process for information technology infrastructure projects. The results of testing the system that was built using black box testing showed a success percentage of 97.72 percent.
