Abstract

WEB-BASED BUSINESS ENTITY SUPERVISION INTEGRATION REPORTING INFORMATION SYSTEM Adib Mubarok, Ahmad Tri Hidayat Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology, University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : adibmubarok777@gmail.com, ahmad.tri.h@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT This research was motivated by problems that occurred in the process of recording reports related to third parties who were business entities with BPJS Health KC Pati. It was noted that there were still at least 3 out of 10 records that had to be corrected and re-recorded, so it took more time to complete the report. Based on these problems, an analysis and design of solutions was carried out which had been carried out in the previous practical work course and produced a design for an integrated reporting information system for supervision of business entities for BPJS Health KC Pati. This design was implemented in the final project research project prepared by the current author. The research method used by the author in collecting data was interviews and literature study, while the analysis and design process used the Unified Model Language design method. The system development method designed uses the Rapid Application Development method. The analysis and design carried out resulted in a complete reporting system design from the applicable business processes, the designed system workflow, the display blueprint to the database design which is ready to be used when the system is implemented by the developer in the form of a website. The implementation and testing of the system built is in accordance with the business processes running at the agency where the case study was conducted. The results of testing the system that has been built show the success of the system in running according to requirements.
