Abstract

ABSTRACT Bakpia 65 Souvenir Shop is a business sector that sells various kinds of souvenirs in Yogyakarta. The souvenirs available include self-produced products and products from suppliers. The problem that occurs at the Bakpia 65 Souvenir Shop is that the sales recording process is still done manually using notes, so that if a large number of transactions are recorded in writing on the note, it can result in data errors. In addition, these notes have a chance of being lost and damaged, so the store does not have a backup of sales data. The store also takes a long time to summarize reports. Therefore, we need a system that can store product data and transaction data that occur in the store precisely, quickly and accurately. In creating the system, analysis and design of a web-based sales information system was carried out. The design consists of Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and database design. Keywords: Analysis, Design, Sales, Systems, Souvenirs
