Abstract

ABSTRACT The Beji Village Head's Office is one of the government institutions at the village level in Pedan District, Klaten Regency. The Beji Village Head's Office still manages loan data by handwriting, so it experiences difficulties in collecting data on asset loan transactions and the process of making reports. Thus, an asset management information system was created to increase efficiency and effectiveness in asset management at the Beji Village Head's Office. The methodology used in creating this system includes requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, and testing. The result of this research is a website-based asset management information system that can be used to manage asset data, carry out transactions and report asset data. So, it can be concluded that using an asset management information system can help admins manage the process of asset lending records, lending transactions and borrower data and make it easier for borrowers in the borrowing process.
