Abstract

ABSTRACT Research with the title "Implementation of a Web-Based New Student Registration Administration Information System at the Nurul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School." Based on the need to increase efficiency in managing new student registration data. The methodology used includes analysis, design and implementation to develop a web-based information system that can support the registration process at the Islamic boarding school. PHP, HTML, and CSS programming languages as well as the Laravel and MySQL frameworks were used to design and implement this system, which allows easy access and effective management of registration administration data. Test results using the black box method show that the implemented system has a good level of feasibility and provides significant benefits in improving the quality of data management, as well as making it easier for prospective students and guardians of new students to find information related to Islamic boarding schools and the process of accepting new students. For further development, it is recommended to add online registration payment features, email or SMS notifications for announcements, as well as carrying out routine care and maintenance on the website to maintain optimal system performance and stability. This research makes a positive contribution to the development of information technology for religious education in Islamic boarding schools, and can be a guide for similar research in the future.
