Abstract

ABSTRACT SMKS AL-Mahrusiyah Kediri is an educational unit of the AL-Mahrusiyah foundation which is a development of AL-Mahrusiyah education. Currently, processing of student grades at SMKS AL-Mahrusiyah Kediri is still carried out using Microsoft Excel, so student grade data is not yet properly integrated. The process of collecting student grade data from various teachers is time consuming because each subject teacher has separate student grade data files in Microsoft Excel files. Given these problems, there is a need for an information system that can help process student grade data. The aim of this research is to determine the results of the implementation and design of a system that has been created previously. The research methods used in collecting data were interviews, observation and literature study. Implementation and Testing of the Information System for Processing Student Grades at SMKS Al-Mahrusiyah Kediri was built on a web basis using HTML and PHP programming languages and MySQL DBMS. The method used in designing this information system is Waterfall. The results of the research are data flow diagram designs, interface designs, databases and also web applications that can be used by agencies as a means of processing student score data. With this web-based student grade processing information system, it is hoped that school admins can process data related to student grade processing more quickly and make it easier for teachers to process student grade data.
