Abstract
This report aims to determine the performance of Mind Your Own Business (MYOB) accounting software and the advantages and disadvantages of this system at the CSW Accounting Services Office. Accounting software is a special computer program used for business recording activities for accountants. MYOB is a type of accounting software that is widely used to meet recording needs in the financial sphere. Evaluation of accounting software is carried out using performance, information, economy, control, efficiency and service (PIECES) method analysis. The data collection method was carried out by interviewing office employees as well as observation and literature study. The results of the analysis state that users are satisfied with the performance of the MYOB accounting software where the software provides maximum results with short processing time and low costs, so that financial management becomes more effective and efficient.
