Abstract

Tanjungsari Village is a tourist village located in Borobudur District, Magelang Regency, Central Java. This village has several tourist destinations which are often visited by tourists when visiting Borobudur Temple. Currently, Tanjungsari Village is experiencing several environmental problems that can disturb tourists. This has the potential to reduce the number of visits to Tanjungsari Village. Thus, research was conducted with the title Implementation of a Web-Based Smart Environment Information System to build a system that can help the government and the people of Tanjungsari Village in managing the environment. The research stages carried out in this research are problem analysis, data collection, data analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. This system was created using the Laravel framework, the PHP programming language, the XAMPP web server, the Visual Studio Code text editor, and the Google Chrome web browser. The results of the research are that a web-based smart environment information system can make it easier for the government and the people of Tanjungsari Village to maintain and manage the surrounding environment. If this system is not created, environmental management will be slow.
