Abstract
Engil Pet Vet Veterinary Clinic is a clinic that provides examination, grooming, vaccination and animal care services. The problems currently facing the Engil Pet Vet veterinary clinic are related to reservation services and animal data processing. Where data is recorded only in a book, so this takes a long time. In order to overcome this, an effective and efficient information system is needed so that all activities carried out at the Engil Pet Vet Veterinary Clinic can run smoothly. This research aims to produce a service information system which is expected to help the Engil Pet Vet Veterinary Clinic in processing animal data which can make it easier to search for data and make reports. To support this research, data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature study. This website was developed using the Laravel framework, Boostrap, and MySQL database. The result of this research is an application program which will later be able to help improve services and data processing at Engil Pet Vet.
