Abstract

The Village Subdistrict Office is a government agency which is engaged in population services such as population registration, correspondence needs and management of social assistance from the government which is a public service. The problem faced at the Piyaman Village Subdistrict Office is related to the personnel section of the Piyaman Subdistrict Office, the process of processing personnel data is still done manually in entering data and searching for data, so that data processing takes a long time and is not efficient in the process. Therefore, a concept is needed Employee data processing is complete with features for processing employee data, position data, leave applications, absences, salaries and data reports and is expected to make it easier for sub-district employees to obtain personnel information easily and quickly. In the design of this information system, efforts are made to summarize several manual activities so that they become activities carried out in a personnel information system. In this research, the waterfall method is used and the data collection method used by the author is observation, interviews, literature studies and analyzing system requirements, designing the system and implementing the design and is descriptive in nature. case study approach at the Piyaman Village Subdistrict Office.
