Abstract

The Pangkalan Village sub-district office is a workplace for the village head and Pangkalan Village officials to serve the community in terms of various administrative services in the government where the administrative service process in the base village is still carried out conventionally. The administrative services at the Pangkalan Village Subdistrict Office, Purworejo Regency are still less efficient and have not kept up with the times, where almost all services are carried out through a website, all data is stored, some of which is still done using storage placed in a cupboard and is not automatic. This makes the service process less efficient or effective, which can hamper the administrative service process at the Pangkalan Village Subdistrict Office. Where people who want to submit letters for personal purposes must go to the sub-district office directly. This system uses the waterfall method, created using a MySQL database and a text editor using the Laravel framework. The development of a web-based village administration service system can make it easier for officers to manage population data and mail data. The aim of building a web-based administration service system is to make it easier for people to handle correspondence for personal purposes, so they don't need to come directly to the sub-district office. The result of this research is to design a web-based village administration service information system at the sub-district office of Base Village, Purworejo Regency, which can be used to provide services that can be accessed anywhere and at any time.
