Abstract

MFR Collection is a company that operates in the field of selling metal crafts such as rings and brooches, where the sales process is still manual. If customers want to ask about metal craft products being sold, customers must come to the MFR Collection shop or customers can contact via chat to select products and place an order. Customers who order via chat will receive messages that are not read by the admin or chat spam. Notes that are still written by hand can also be at risk of being slipped or lost in the order note from which a report will later be made. The aim of building an e-commerce system for selling web-based metal crafts is that customers can order products without having to come to the shop. So that the company can overcome problems with product processing and order processing so that it can make it easier for customers to get information about the MFR Collection. The research stages used in designing a sales system are data collection, system analysis and design, system implementation, system testing, analysis and conclusions. The result of this research is that by implementing e-commerce in the MFR Collection, it can be used as a sales promotion tool that can be accessed anywhere and anytime.
