Abstract
The development of information and communication technology is taking place very quickly, thereby changing people's mindset in seeking and obtaining information. One of the technologies in the field of education that has an influence on the learning process at school and outside school. Therefore e-learning was developed, e-learning is an electronic teaching and learning method that allows teaching materials to be delivered using the internet. The use of e-learning is very effective and flexible because it can be accessed anywhere and helps save time. Using e-learning can help reduce the shortcomings of the face-to-face learning process because using e-learning teachers can still provide assignments and materials when they are unable to attend. This program was created using the HTML, PHP and JavaScript programming languages, assisted by the Laravel framework, for the database using MySQL. The results achieved in making this e�learning are to simplify the teaching and learning process without being bound by time and place. With e-learning, teachers can upload lesson materials and upload or download assignments at any time and give students grades. The conclusion with e-learning is that it makes learning easier between teachers and students.
