Abstract
This analysis aims to determine the performance of the Yogyakarta City One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Department during and after the pandemic, namely 2020-2022, using spending variance analysis, efficiency analysis and spending harmony analysis. The results of the analysis show that regional expenditure at the Yogyakarta City One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service in 2020-2022 varies. The level of efficiency in 2020-2022 is still less efficient because this is caused by the Covid-19 pandemic which has resulted in the annual budget where the government cuts the budget used to deal with the impacts caused by the pandemic. For the harmony of spending, the Yogyakarta City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Department is still focusing on operational spending rather than capital spending.
