Abstract
Sonobudoyo Museum is a museum that is famous among local and foreign tourists. This museum is located in the center of Yogyakarta City, so tourists can visit the tourist attractions closest to this museum such as Malioboro, Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Palace, and others. Sonobudoyo Museum is a place of historical objects. This museum is also a learning medium for students, and quite a few groups from schools visit the Sonobudoyo Museum. And they will later be accompanied by a Sonobudoyo Museum guide for free, but must make a reservation in advance because the number of guides is limited. Sonobudoyo Museum has guides in various languages such as Indonesian, English, Japanese and French. Sonobudoyo Museum has adequate media, namely this museum has media such as wayang panels complete with English subtitles, there is interactive screen media which contains explanations about the collections in the museum. Apart from that, the Sonobudoyo Museum has puppet shows at night with different performances every day. Based on observations during an internship at the Sonobudoyo Museum, it can be concluded that the Sonobudoyo Museum is a tourist attraction that can be used as a place to learn about the history and culture of Java, Madura, Bali and Lombok. There are facilities and infrastructure that can attract tourists to visit. Tourists are advised to always follow the rules and regulations that have been conveyed by the officers.
