Abstract
The internship program is a form of job training organized by institutions, companies and independently. Through the internship program, someone can get various guidance. One of those who benefit from the internship program are students. Students can gain skills as well as networking and guidance while in the workplace. The DIY Cultural Service internship program is a good place for students to apply the knowledge they have gained from higher education. Students are placed randomly according to the needs of each department. Placed in the PME Department, assisting in making outgoing letters and numbering letters, archiving letters, receiving incoming letters before submitting them to the head of the field. From the implementation of the internship program, it can be concluded that gaining new experience and knowledge in the world of work is a benefit from participating in the internship program.
