Abstract

The internship program is a learning activity carried out directly in the field with the aim of training and introducing students to the world of work. Through this program, students can improve and hone their skills and receive direct guidance in the workplace. Students can also gain other benefits such as networking, new knowledge and skills while in the world of work. Committing to the internship program carried out at the Sonobudoyo Museum is one way for students to apply the knowledge gained at university. Students are placed in the position of museum guide who will guide local and foreign tourists around the museum. The tour guide will also provide the information needed by tourists and ensure that tourists are satisfied with the service provided by the guide while at the museum. In other words, the internship program is useful for students to prepare themselves to enter the world of work.
