Abstract
Internships are programs in the form of job training, which are organized by institutions and companies. Through this program, a student will receive various guidance in the workplace. Students also gain benefits such as skills or networking in the world of work. Committing to an internship program at the DIY Cultural Service is the best way for students to apply the knowledge gained from college. Students are placed in the Language and Literature Section which works under the Maintenance and Development of History, Language, Literature and Museums. In this case, the Language and Literature Section is tasked with maintaining and empowering the field of language and literature, especially Javanese, so that it is not eroded and lost over time. The Language and Literature Section is also tasked with organizing and facilitating activities related to literature, especially those in Javanese. In other words, the internship program is useful for students to prepare themselves to enter the world of work.
