Abstract

Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Usaha Aluminium Studi Kasus UMKM Tunas Alumunium Abstrak UMKM Tunas Alumunium merupakan perusahaan manufaktur Aluminium yang menawarkan kualitas terjamin dan harga yang terjangkau. Perusahaan ini berdiri sejak tahun 2018 dan telah menjalankan operasinya selama ± 5 tahun dengan rata-rata produksi bulanan 120 unit, namun belum mendapatkan investor. Produk UMKM Tunas Alumunium memiliki harga jual bervariasi, mulai dari Rp 450.000,00 hingga Rp 4.900.000,00. Dengan rata-rata pendapatan kotor tahunan sebesar Rp 154.000.000,00 dan total biaya sekitar Rp 360.000.000,00, bisnis ini mencatatkan keuntungan yang besar dan memiliki potensi menarik investor. Namun, bisnis ini belum memiliki analisis keuangan dan informasi yang memadai, serta belum memenuhi kriteria investasi yang diperlukan sebagai dasar penilaian layak atau tidaknya usaha ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi kelayakan finansial usaha UMKM Tunas Alumunium dengan menggunakan analisis nilai Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Payback Period (PP), dan juga menganalisis sensitivitas terhadap penurunan pendapatan sebagai indikator kelayakan usaha.Hasil analisis menunjukkan BEP produk sebesar 927 produk, meliputi lemari 2 pintu 76 produk, lemari 3 pintu 56 produk, rak piring 6 pintu & westafel 23 produk, buffet / lemari hias 23 produk, kitchen set atas 146 produk, dan kitchen set bawah 603 produk. BEP dalam bentuk Rupiah sebesar Rp 939.432.732, NPV yang ditemukan adalah Rp 1.235.242.189, IRR dengan suku bunga 6% tidak negatif, rasio B/C sebesar 5,80, PP sekitar 1,378 tahun, serta analisis sensitivitas dengan penurunan pendapatan 20% pada periode ke-3 dan ke-4 menunjukkan hasil layak untuk dilanjutkan. Dengan demikian, secara keseluruhan, analisis finansial menyatakan bahwa usaha UMKM Tunas Alumunium layak untuk diteruskan. The company was founded in 2018 and has been in operation for 5 years, with an average monthly production of 120 units, although it has yet to attract investors. The selling prices of Tunas Aluminum MSME items range from IDR 450,000.00 to IDR 4,900,000.00. The business is successful and has the potential to attract investors, with an average annual gross revenue of Rp 154,000,000 and total costs of roughly Rp 360,000,000. However, the company lacks proper financial analysis and information, and therefore does not match the investment criteria required to determine whether the company is viable. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the financial feasibility of the Tunas Aluminum MSME business by using the analysis of the Break Even Point (BEP) value, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Payback Period (PP), and also analyzing the sensitivity to a decrease in income as an indicator of business feasibility. The study results show a product BEP of 927 goods, comprising 2-door cabinets (76), 3-door cabinets (56), 6-door dish rack & westsink (23), buffet / ornamental cabinets (23), upper kitchen set (146), and lower kitchen set (603). The BEP in Rupiah is Rp 939,432,732, the NPV is Rp 1,235,242,189, the IRR with a 6% interest rate is not negative, the B/C ratio is 5.80, the PP is approximately 1.378 years, and the sensitivity analysis with a 20% decrease in revenue in the third and fourth periods shows that the results are viable to continue.
