Abstract

Proyek pembangunan Gedung Perpustakaan dan Auditorium Universitas Sulawesi Barat merupakan salah satu proyek pembangun infrastruktur Pendidikan di Kabupaten Majene. Pembangunan Gedung Perpustakaan dan Auditorium Universitas Sulawesi Barat ini dibangun pada tahun 2019 sedangkan pembangunan ini masih menggunakan SNI 2847:2002 dan juga SNI 1726:2003 sebagai acuan pembangunannya. Hal tersebut yang menjadi landasan saya mengambil judul Tugas Akhir Redesain Struktur Beton Bertulang Berdasarkan SNI 1726:2019 Studi Kasus Gedung Perpustakaan dan Auditorium Universitas Sulawesi Barat Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil besaran gaya geser, nilai simpangan antar tingkat, serta konfigurasi tulangan struktur berdasarkan SNI 2847:2019 dan SNI 1726:2019. Analisa penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan software ETABS v16. Dari hasil analisis besaran gaya geser statik sebesar 6908,09 kN dan gaya gempa dinamik sebesar 6912,43kN. Dengan demikian hasil dari presentase gaya geser yang terjadi yaitu Vdinamik memiliki presentase 100% terhadap Vstatik, hasil tersebut telah memenuhi syarat. Untuk hasil analisis simpangan antar tingkat menurut SNI 1726:2019 sebagai acuan mendapatkan hasil bahwa simpangan antar tingkat yang didapat tetap memenuhi syarat dimana nilai simpangan maksimal sebesar 36,60 mm ≤ 38 mm simpangan izin sumbu X dan 37,22 mm ≤ 37,5 mm simpangan izin. Dan untuk hasil analisis perbandingan tulangan antara perencanaan awal menggunakan SNI 2847:2002 dengan perencanaan ulang menggunakan SNI 2847:2019 didapat penurunan jumlah tulangan sebesar 7%. The construction project of the University of West Sulawesi Library and Auditorium Building is one of the educational infrastructure development projects in Majene Regency. The construction of the West Sulawesi University Library and Auditorium Building was built in 2019 while this construction still uses SNI 2847:2002 and SNI 1726:2003 as a reference for its construction. This is the basis for me to take the title of Final Project Redesign of Reinforced Concrete Structures Based on SNI 1726:2019 Case Study of the Library and Auditorium Building of the University of West Sulawesi in 2019. This research was conducted to obtain the results of the shear force, the value of the deviation between levels, and the configuration of the structural reinforcement. based on SNI 2847:2019 and SNI 1726:2019. The analysis of this research uses ETABS v16 software. From the analysis of the magnitude of the static sheer force of 6908.09 kN and dynamic earthquake force of 6912.43 kN. Thus, the result of the percentage of shear force that occurs is that Vdynamic has a percentage of 100% against Vstatic, these results have met the requirements. For the results of the analysis of the deviation between levels according to SNI 1726:2019 as a reference, the result is that the deviation between levels obtained still meets the requirements where the maximum deviation value is 36.60 mm 38 mm X-axis permit deviation and 37.22 mm 37.5 mm permit deviation. And for the results of the reinforcement comparison analysis between the initial planning using SNI 2847:2002 and the re-planning using SNI 2847:2019, it was found a decrease in the amount of reinforcement by 7%.
