Abstract

Air adalah salah satu sumber daya alam yang memiliki fungsi sangat penting dan mutlak bagi kebutuhan makhluk hidup yang ada di muka bumi. Air secara umum memiliki tiga bentuk yang berbeda yaitu bentuk gas, padat dan cair. Air merupakan salah satu kebutuhan makhluk hidup yang tidak dapat terpisahkan. Air bersih merupakan salah satu kebutuhan mendasar dalam kehidupan manusia. Kebutuhan akan pelayanan dan ketersediaan air bersih semakin meningkat yang tentunya harus diimbangi dengan kemampuan pelayanan yang tersedia. Sebagai salah satu Kecamatan di Kabupaten Bantul, Kecamatan Sewon adalah wilayah yang berkembang dan mengalami pertambahan penduduk setiap tahunnya. Kecamatan Sewon semakin membutuhkan pertambahan jumlah air seiring dengan perkembangan terutama kebutuhan akan air bersih. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis kebutuhan dan ketersediaan air bersih di wilayah unit Sewon Kabupaten Bantul Kota Yogyakarta. Analisis dilakukan di wilayah unit Sewon yang bersumber dari sumur dalam. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengetahui kemampuan debit air produksi dan bagaimana cara penanganan ketersediaan air agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, didapatkan jumlah kebutuhan air bersih wilayah unit Sewon hingga tahun 2030 yaitu sebesar 20.585 liter/detik dan kebutuhan air bersih untuk daerah pelayanan tahun 2030 menurut prediksi masing-masing pelanggan yaitu sebesar 16.896 liter/detik. Adapun kapasitas produksi yang digunakan sebesar 25 liter/detik dan kapasitas debit sumur dalam sebesar 33 liter/detik. Kemudian kebutuhan air bersih hingga tahun 2030 sebesar 164,496 liter/detik. Kata kunci: air bersih, kebutuhan air, ketersediaan air, penelitian. Water is one of the natural resources that has a very important and absolute function for the needs of living things on earth. Water in general has three different forms, namely gas, solid and liquid. Water is one of the necessities of living things that cannot be separated. Clean water is one of the basic needs in human life. The need for services and the availability of clean water is increasing which of course must be balanced with the ability of available services. As one of the sub-districts in Bantul Regency, Sewon District is an area that is growing and experiencing population growth every year. Sewon Subdistrict increasingly needs an increase in the amount of water in line with developments, especially the need for clean water. In this study, an analysis of the need and availability of clean water was carried out in the Sewon unit area, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta City. The analysis was carried out in the area of the Sewon unit sourced from deep wells. This research is focused on knowing the discharge capacity of production water and how to handle the availability of water in order to meet the needs of the community. Based on the results of the analysis, the total clean water needs of the Sewon unit area until 2030 are 20,585 liters/second and the clean water needs for service areas in 2030 according to the predictions of each customer are 16,896 liters/second. The production capacity used is 25 liters/second and deep well discharge capacity is 33 liters/second. Then the need for clean water until 2030 is 164,496 liters/second.
