Abstract

Kebutuhan tenaga kerja mempengaruhi secara keseluruhan yang menentukan keberhasilan proyek meliputi ketetapan waktu, biaya dan mutu. Pembangunan rumah type 36 sama dengan membangun rumah pada umumnya, proses pembangunan dimulai dari struktur bawah, dilanjutkan dengan pekerjaan dinding, rangka atap, penutup dan diakhiri dengan pekerjaan finishing. Pada penelitian ini penulis menjadikan Proyek Pembangunan perumahan villa argomulyo di sedayu kabupaten bantul sebagai subjek penelitian. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan Tugas akhir dengan cara mengambil data sekunder berupa rencana anggaran biaya, gambar kerja, biaya upah dan dibantu wawancara dengan pihak mandor pada proyek tersebut. Proporsi sumber daya tenaga kerja dibedakan berdasarkan progres yang sedang di kerjakan pada 15 unit rumah type 36. Dari Hasil analisis proporsi sumber daya tenaga kerja, proporsi sumber daya tenaga kerja dari progres 0%-25% yaitu 2 orang dengan 1 tukang 1 pekerja, 26%-50% yaitu 4 orang dengan 2 tukang 2 pekerja, 51%-75% yaitu 4 orang dengan 2 tukang 2 pekerja dan 76%-100% yaitu 2 orang dengan 1 tukang 1 pekerja. Proporsi sumber daya tenaga kerja tersebut waktu yang dibutuhkan selama 5 bulan untuk membangun 1 unit rumah type 36. Berdasarkan analisis banyak nya sumber daya tenaga kerja pada pembangunan perumahan villa argomulyo sedayu yang di butuhkan dalam 1 hari dalam membangun 15 unit rumah type 36 adalah 48 orang dengan 3 mandor, 23 tukang dan 25 pekerja. Dari hasil analisis pada biaya sumber daya tenaga kerja yang dikeluarkan untuk 1 unit rumah type 36 sebesar RP 57.000.000 dari total rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) yaitu Rp 160.657.440,50 jika di presentasekan sebesar 35,48% untuk biaya tenaga kerja. Kata kunci : Biaya, Proporsi, Sumber Daya, Tenaga Kerja Labor needs affect the overall that determines the success of the project including the determination of time, cost and quality. The construction of a type 36 house is the same as building a house in general, the development process starts from the lower structure, continues with wall work, roof truss, covering and ends with finishing work. In this study, the authors make the housing development project of villa Argomulyo in Sedayu, Bantul district as the research subject. The research used in completing the final project by taking secondary data in the form of a budget plan, work drawings, wage costs and assisted by interviews with the foreman on the project. The proportion of labor resources is distinguished based on the progress being made on 15 housing units of type 36. From the results of the analysis of the proportion of labor resources, the proportion of labor resources from 0% to 25% progress is 2 people with 1 handyman 1 worker, 26 %-50% i.e. 4 people with 2 handymen 2 workers, 51%-75% i.e. 4 people with 2 builders 2 workers and 76%-100% i.e. 2 people with 1 handyman 1 worker. The proportion of labor resources is the time it takes for 5 months to build 1 unit of type 36 house. Based on the analysis of the number of labor resources in the construction of villa Argomulyo Sedayu housing which is needed in 1 day to build 15 units of type 36 house is 48 people. with 3 foreman, 23 craftsmen and 25 workers. From the results of the analysis on the cost of labor resources spent for 1 unit of type 36 housing is Rp. 57,000,000 of the total planned budget (RAB) which is Rp. 160,657,440.50 if the percentage is 35.48% for labor costs.
