Abstract

PENGUKURAN KINERJA KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR MENGGUNAKAN SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATION REFERENCE 12.0 DAN ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS DI PT BATIK DANAR HADI PABELAN ABSTRAK PT Batik Danar Hadi Pabelan merupakan perusahaan tekstil yang memproduksi dan menjual batik tulis dan batik cap. Perusahaan telah mengalami perubahan penurunan kinerja rantai pasok dibawah rata-rata sejak tahun 2020-2022, yaitu kurang (<) dari 40% yang berarti sangat buruk, sedangkan target yang diinginkan yaitu 70%-90% atau berada dikatergori good. Permasalahan itu terjadi dikarenakan adanya keterlambatan pengiriman produk dari supplier sampai 7 hari dari waktu yang ditetapkan, sehingga hasil jumlah produksi yang tidak bisa terpenuhi sesuai target. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil dari nilai kinerja rantai pasok dan penyebab dari terjadinya penurunan tingkat kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference 12.0 untuk mengetahui hasil nilai kinerja Key Performance Indicator perusahaan dan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process untuk mengetahui matrik atau indikator yang menjadi penyebab dari penurunan nilai kinerja rantai pasok. Hasil dari pengolahan data didapatkan nilai akhir Key Performance Indicator adalah sebesar 1,89 dimana nilai tersebut masih berada didalam kategori sangat buruk (poor). Aktivitas kinerja Key Performance Indicator yang menjadi penyebab dari penurunan kinerja Key Performance Indicator adalah perencanaan pemesanan material yang tidak teratur, terdapat motif batik yang baru, efisiensi penggunaan mesin dalam proses produksi, dan penanganan kerusakan mesin. Since 2020-2022, the organization has suffered a fall in supply chain performance below the average, which is less () than 40%, which means extremely bad, although the targeted aim is 70%-90%, which means good. The issue arises as a result of up to 7-day delays in product delivery from suppliers, causing the resulting volume of production to fall short of the target. The purpose of this study is to determine the results of the supply chain performance value and the causes of the decline in the company's supply chain performance level. This study uses the Supply Chain Operation Reference 12.0 method to determine the results of the company's Key Performance Indicator performance value. Use the Analytical Hierarchy Process approach to identify the matrix or indication causing the drop in supply chain performance value. As a result of data processing, the final value of the Key Performance Indicator is 1.89, which is still in the extremely poor group (poor). Key Performance Indicator performance activities that contribute to the reduction in Key Performance Indicator performance are irregular material order planning, new batik themes, efficient machine utilization in the manufacturing process, and handling machine damage.
