Abstract
Indonesia sudah menjadi negara maju, salah satu faktor yang mendukung indonesia menjadi negara maju adalah industri kontruksi. Pembangunan di Indonesia saat ini sangat lah tinggi dan semakin tinggi angka pembangunan maka semakin tinggi juga angka kecelakaan kerja pada kontruksi jika tidak di imbangi dengan Keselamtan Kontruksi (KK). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi bahaya, pengendalian bahaya dan nilai risiko. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk untuk memvalidasi apa saja variabel risiko yang relevan pada proyek tersebut, didapatkan sebesar 22 variabel risiko Selanjutnya analisis risiko dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode severity index (SI), penggunaan metode Severity Index digunakan untuk menentukan nilai probalitas dan dampak, setelah mendapatkan nilai dari jawaban responden, analisis dilanjutkan dengan memasukan nilai kedalam matriks probalitas dan dampak, setelah mendapatkan nilai risiko selanjutnya mencari pengendalian bahaya menggunakan hierarki pengendalian bahaya Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya 22 variabel risiko yang terdapat pada Proyek Revo Town Mall area \ dan area Stasiun LRT Bekasi Barat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis nilai risiko dari 22 variabel risiko didapatkan jenis bahaya pada tingkat risiko ekstrim (E) sebanyak 8 bahaya, bahaya pada tingkat risiko tinggi (T) sebanyak 7 bahaya, bahaya pada tingkat risiko rendah (R) sebanyak 7 bahaya, dan tidak terdapat jenis bahaya pada tingkat risiko moderat (M). Kata kunci : Identifikasi Bahaya, Nilai Risiko dan Pengendalian bahaya Indonesia has become a developed country, one of the factors that support Indonesia to become a developed country is the construction industry. Development in Indonesia is currently very high and the higher the development rate, the higher the number of work accidents in construction if it is not balanced with Construction Safety (KK). The purpose of this research is to identify the hazard, control the hazard and value the risk. In this study, observations and interviews were carried out to validate any risk variables relevant to the project, 22 risk variables were obtained. Furthermore, risk analysis was carried out using the severity index (SI) method, the use of the Severity Index method was used to determine the probability and impact values, after getting the value from the respondent's answer, the analysis is continued by entering the value into the probability and impact matrix, after getting the risk value then looking for hazard control using the hazard control hierarchy From the results of the study, it shows that there are 22 risk variables in the Revo Town Mall area \ and the West Bekasi LRT Station area. Based on the analysis of the risk values of 22 risk variables, the types of hazards at the extreme risk level (E) are 8 hazards, the hazards at the high risk level (T) are 7 hazards, the hazards at the low risk level (R) are 7 hazards, and there are no hazards. type of hazard at moderate risk level (M).
