Abstract
ANALISIS RESIKO KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA MENGGUNAKAN METODE HAZARD AND OPERABILLTY STUDY (HAZOP) DAN PERANGKINGAN OHS RISK ASSESSMENT AND CONTROL DI UD POLOS JAYA STUDI KASUS UD POLOS JAYA ABSTRAK UD Polos Jaya merupakan suatu unit usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan padi menjadi beras (Penggilingan padi). Berdasarkan hasil observasi didapatkan beberapa potensi bahaya kerja. Salah satunya adalah karena kurangnya kesadaran pekerja mengenai keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3). Apabila potensi bahaya yang timbul dapat diidentifikasi dan dikendalikan maka angka kemunculan kecelakaan kerjapun menurun. Identifikasi dan pengendalian potensi bahaya dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) dan Ohs Risk Assessment and Control. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis potensi bahaya penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan kerja di proses produksi terhadap karyawan UD Polos Jaya, Berdasarkan klasifikasi Hazard setelah dilakukan penilaian risiko, hasil penilaian resiko menunjukan sebanyak Tinggi 10%. Sedang 70%, Rendah 20%. Selain itu, ditemukan sebanyak 10 potensi Hazard yang dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga tipe Hazard yaitu sikap kerja, kondisi lingkungan kerja dan tempat kerja. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi yang diberikan berdasarkan klasifikasi bahaya berupa himbauan pekerja untuk menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) berupa masker, Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) kacamata, alas kaki. Selain itu, diperlukan rambu-rambu seperti rambu wajib penggunaan APD, rambu rambu terdapat debu dan polusi. sebagai peringatan kepada pekerja bahwa terdapat risiko bahaya saat berada di tempat kerja, sehingga K3 di tempat kerja dapat ditingkatkan dan dapat meminimalkan kecelakaan kerja. Several potential workplace dangers were discovered as a result of observations. One of them is due to workers' lack of awareness about occupational safety and health (K3). The number of workplace accidents will reduce if possible dangers are identified and controlled. The Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) and Ohs Risk Assessment and Control methodologies can be used to identify and control potential hazards. This study aims to determine the analysis of potential hazards that cause work accidents in the production process for UD Polos Jaya employees, based on Hazard classification after risk assessment, the risk assessment results show as much as High 10%. Moderate 70%, Low 20%. Furthermore, eight potential dangers were discovered, which can be divided into three types of hazards: work attitudes, work environment circumstances, and workspaces. This study generates suggestions based on danger classification in the form of an appeal to workers to utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as masks, PPE glasses, and footwear. Furthermore, indicators are required, such as necessary signs for the use of PPE and signs indicating the presence of dust and pollution. as a notice to workers that there is a possibility of hazard in the workplace, so that workplace OSH can be enhanced and work accidents can be minimized.
