Abstract

Proses pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi perlu memiliki sumber daya untuk membantu menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan konstruksi, salah satunya adalah biaya untuk upah tenaga kerja yang perlu dikeluarkan selama proses konstruksi berlangsung, biaya upah yang perlu dikeluarkan untuk tenaga kerja dapat dihitung dengan AHSP (Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan) dengan melihat koefisien tenaga kerja di peraturan yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah seperti PUPR dan SNI yang sudah mewakili tingkat koefisien produktivitas tenaga kerja rata – rata yang dapat dihasilkan dari berbagai wilayah di indonesian yaitu dalam bentuk koefisien harian atau Orang Hari (OH). Namun, jika melihat dari kondisi geografis maka hal tersebut tentu saja tidak akurat untuk diterapkan di wilayah tertentu. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya dan upah tenaga kerja dengan mengetahui tingkat produktivitas yang dapat dihasilakan oleh tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan kolom berdasarkan pengamatan di lapangan kemudian membandingkanya dengan Permen PUPR Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 dan mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh dalam penulangan kolom. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan pengamatan dan pencatatan secara langsung di lapangan untuk mendapatkan besarnya produktivitas per satu hari kemudian menghitung koefisien tenaga kerja berdasarkan produktivitasnya dengan hasil akhir biaya dan upah tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan kolom dengan item pekerjaan diantarnaya yaitu pembesian kolom, pemasangan bekisting kolom dan pengecoran kolom. Hasil analisis biaya dan upah tenaga kerja pada seluruh item pekerjaan kolom dilapangan lebih rendah dari Permen PUPR 2022 yaitu Rp 166.243,18 berdasarkan lapangan dan Rp 382.166,00 2022 berdasarkan Permen PUPR 2022 dengan selisih Rp. 215.922,82 atau dengan persentasi 56,50%. Kata kunci: Biaya, Koefisien, Permen PUPR 2022, Tenaga kerja, Upah The process of implementing a construction project needs to have resources to help complete a construction work, one of which is the cost of labor costs that need to be spent during the construction process, the cost of wages that need to be spent on labor can be calculated using AHSP (Work Unit Price Analysis) with look at the labor coefficients in regulations that have been set by the government such as PUPR and SNI which already represent the average level of labor productivity coefficients that can be generated from various regions in Indonesia in the form of daily coefficients or People Days (OH). However, if you look at the geographical conditions, it is of course not accurate to be applied in certain areas. Therefore, this study aims to determine the costs and wages of labor by knowing the level of productivity that can be produced by workers in column work based on observations in the field and then comparing it with the PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 1 of 2022 and knowing what factors influence column reinforcement. This research was conducted by observing and recording directly in the field to get the amount of productivity per day then calculating the coefficient of labor based on productivity with the final result of costs and labor wages on column work with work items including column ironing, column formwork installation and casting column. The results of the analysis of labor costs and wages for all column work items in the field are lower than the 2022 PUPR Ministerial Regulation of IDR 166,243.18 based on the field and IDR 382,166.00 2022 based on the 2022 PUPR Ministerial Regulation with a difference of IDR. 215,922.82 or with a percentage of 56.50%.
