Abstract

Kabupaten Magelang merupakan suatu kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan lokasi cukup strategis. Salah satu pembangunan gedung di Kabupaten Magelang yaitu gedung RSUD Merah Putih. Bangunan rumah sakit merupakan bangunan yang beresiko terjadinya kebakaran. Salah satu aspek mencegahnya resiko kebakaran dengan cara menerapkan sistem proteksi kebakaran dengan standar yang berlaku guna mengurangi resiko terjadinya kebakaran pada bangunan gedung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keandalan bangunan RSUD Merah Putih terhadap bahaya kebakaran dengan menganalisis Nilai Keandalan Sistem Keselamatan Bangunan pada RSUD Merah Putih. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode observasi deskriptif. Proses observasi dan penilaian terhadap empat parameter keandalan sistem pengamanan gedung dengan melakukan cheklist atau penilaian langsung terhadap sistem proteksi kebakaran bangunan gedung di lapangan pada bangunan RSUD Merah Putih, yaitu kelengkapan tapak, sarana penyelamat, prroteksi aktif, dan proteksi pasif dengan mengacu pada Peraturan Buku Inspeksi Bangunan (Pd-T-11-2005-C) dari Badan Litbang Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum dan beberapa Standar Basional Indonesia terkait untuk mengetahui nilai keandalan sistem keselamatan bangunan terhadap bahaya kebakaran dengan objek penelitian di RSUD Merah Putih dan untuk mencari Nilai Keandalan Sistem Keselamatan Bangunan (NKSKB). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perhitungan dari penelitian ini di dapat Nilai Keandalan Sistem Keselamatan Bangunan (NKSKB) dengan nilai 85,32% dari beberapa bagian nilai: sarana penyelamatan 18,25%, kelengkapan tapak 23,31%, sarana proteksi pasif 23,91%, dan sarana proteksi aktif 19,85%. Dari hasil Nilai Keandalan Sistem Keselamatan Bangunan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa gedung RSUD Merah Putih dalam keadaan kategori baik dan memenuhi syarat dalam sistem proteksi kebakaran pada bangunan gedung. One of the building constructions in Magelang Regency is the Merah Putih Hospital building. Hospital buildings are buildings that are at risk of fire. One aspect of preventing fire risk is by implementing a fire protection system with applicable standards in order to reduce the risk of fire in buildings. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of reliability of the Merah Putih Hospital building against fire hazards by analyzing the Building Safety System Reliability Value at the Merah Putih Hospital. This research method is descriptive observation method. The process of observing and assessing the four parameters of the reliability of the building security system by conducting a checklist or direct assessment of the building fire protection system in the field at the Merah Putih Hospital building, including site completeness, rescue facilities, active protection, and passive protection by referring to the Inspection Book Regulations. Building (Pd-T-11-2005-C) from the Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Public Works and several related Indonesian National Standards to determine the reliability value of the building safety system against fire hazards with the object of research at the Merah Putih Hospita and to find the Reliability Value of the Building Safety System. Based on the results of the analysis and calculations from this study, the Building Safety System Reliability Value was obtained with a value of 85.32% from several parts of the value: 18.25% rescue facilities, 23.31% site completeness, 23.91% passive protection facilities , and active protection means 19.85%. From the results of the Building Safety System Reliability Value, it can be concluded that the Merah Putih Hospital building is in a good category and meets the requirements for a fire protection system in buildings.
