Abstract

Kasus pertama virus corona yaitu pada desember 2019 di laporkan di Wuhan, China dan mulai mewabah hingga ke negara negara tetangga, dan termasuk Indonesia. Pada tanggal 2 maret 2019 terdapat 2 orang warga negara Indonesia terpapar virus Corona dari warga negara Jepang. Maka dari itu pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk melaksanakan pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) untuk menekan penyebaran virus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh Covid-19 terhadap biaya dan waktu proyek, dan mengetahui penyebab terbesar terjadinya perubahan biaya dan waktu proyek ketika terjadi pandemi Covid-19. Beberapa tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan mulai dari tinjauan jurnal-jurnal, wawancara sampai penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini di olah menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dengan uji skala linkert, uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil dari pengolahan dan analisis didapatkan bahwa Covid-19 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap biaya dan waktu proyek. Besar pengaruh Covid-19 terhadap biaya proyek yaitu sebesar 30,3%. Besar pengaruh Covid-19 terhadap lama waktu proyek yaitu sebesar 56,7%. Untuk penyebab terbesar terhadap perubahan biaya proyek yaitu pemenuhan pembayaran kepada pekerja saat terjadi pemberhentian sementara proyek dan pemeriksaan kesehatan semua pekerja secara rutin. Untuk penyebab terbesar terhadap perubahan lama waktu proyek yaitu penutupan beberapa toko material, pembatasan jumlah pekerja, pengadaan sosialisasi kepada pekerja secara rutin, pemeriksaan kesehatan semua pekerja secara rutin, pemberhentian sementara proyek ketika terdapat pekerja yang terkena Covid-19, pembatasan jalur pengadaan barang dan material. The first case of the corona virus in December 2019 was reported in Wuhan, China and began to spread to neighboring countries, including Indonesia. On March 2, 2019 there were 2 Indonesian citizens exposed to the Corona virus from Japanese citizens. Therefore, the government issued a policy to implement large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) to suppress the spread of the virus. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Covid-19 on project costs and time, and to find out the biggest cause of changes in project costs and time during the Covid-19 pandemic. Several stages of research were carried out starting from reviewing journals, interviews to distributing questionnaires. This research was processed using SPSS version 25 with a linkert scale test, validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and simple linear regression test. The results of processing and analysis showed that Covid-19 had a significant effect on project costs and time. The impact of Covid-19 on project costs is 30.3%. The impact of Covid-19 on the length of the project is 56.7%. The biggest causes for changes in project costs are the fulfillment of payments to workers when there is a temporary suspension of the project and regular health checks of all workers. The biggest causes for changes in project duration are the closure of several material stores, restrictions on the number of workers, routine socialization to workers, routine health checks for all workers, temporary suspension of projects when workers are affected by Covid-19, restrictions on the procurement of goods and materials. .
