Abstract

Beton prategang adalah beton yang mengalami tegangan internal akibat stressing dan distribusi akibat beban eksternal sehingga dalam kondisi yang seimbang. Jembatan prategang memiliki beberapa tipe girder antara lain, I Girder, box Girder, U Girder, dan T Girder. Pemilihan tipe girder yang sesuai dengan kondisi jembatan dinilai sangat penting untuk memperoleh struktur jembatan yang optimal. Pada penelitian dilakukan untuk membandingkan antara PCI Girder kondisi eksisting dan PCU Girder. Perbandingan dilakukan untuk mengetahui kehilangan gaya prategang dan lendutan kedua tipe girder. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode studi dokumen untuk memperoleh data penelitian berupa perencanaan jembatan kondisi eksisting. Objek penelitian berlokasi di Jembatan Kretek 2, Kabupaten Bantul, Dareah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Dalam menganalisa data yang diperoleh, penulis menggunakan softwere SAP2000 v.14 untuk mengetahui gaya dalam struktur, Mocrosoft Excel untuk menghitung pembebanan, desain struktur, kehilangan tegangan, safety factor, momen nominal, geser nominal, lendutan pada setiap girder dan membandingan hasil analisis tersebut., serta Autocad v.14 untuk membantu penggambaran DED, dengan mengacu pada peraturan yang berlaku yaitu SNI 1725:2016, SNI 2833:2016, RSNI-T-12-2004, dan peta gempa tahun 2017. Hasil analisis perbandingan kehilangan gaya prategang pada kondisi jembatan eksisting PCI Girder diperoleh total 5 buah Girder, dalam satu Girder memerlukan total 4 tendon dengan 68 strands cable. Dengan total kehilangan prategang sebesar 868,480 N/mm atau 29,85%. Sedangkan untuk struktur U Girder diperoleh jumlah 3 buah U Girder, dimana dalam satu Girder memerlukan 8 tendon dengan 152 strands cable. Dengan total kehilangan prategang sebesar 1735,64 N/mm atau 21,453%. Nilai lendutan yang terjadi pada PCI Girder sebesar 65,365 mm sedangkan lendutan pada U Girder sebesar 79,425 mm. Sehingga pada U Girder mengalami lendutan yang lebih kecil dari I Girder. Kedua Girder tersebut mengalami lendutan yang lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan lendutan izin sebesar 136,00 mm. Kata kunci: Girder, Jembatan, Lendutan, PCI, PCU Prestressed concrete is concrete that experiences internal stress due to stressing and distribution due to external loads so that it is in a balanced condition. Prestressed bridges have several types of girders, including I Girder, box Girder, U Girder, and T Girder. Selection of the type of girder in accordance with the condition of the bridge is considered very important to obtain an optimal bridge structure. This study was conducted to compare the existing PCI Girder and PCU Girder. Comparisons were made to determine the loss of prestressing and deflection of the two types of girders. In conducting this research, the writer uses the document study method to obtain research data in the form of a bridge planning for the existing condition. The object of the research is located on the Kretek Bridge 2, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. In analyzing the data obtained, the author uses SAP2000 v.14 software to determine the forces in the structure, Microsoft Excel to calculate loading, structural design, stress loss, safety factor, nominal moment, nominal shear, deflection on each girder and compare the results of the analysis and Autocad v.14 to assist the depiction of DED, with reference to the applicable regulations, namely SNI 1725:2016, SNI 2833:2016, RSNI-T-12-2004, and 2017 earthquake map. PCI Girder obtained a total of 5 pieces of Girder, in one Girder requires a total of 4 tendons with 68 strands of cable. With a total prestress loss of 868.480 N/mm or 29.85%. As for the U Girder structure, 3 U Girders are obtained, where in one Girder requires 8 tendons with 152 strands of cable. With a total prestress loss of 1735.64 N/mm or 21.453%. The deflection value that occurs in the PCI Girder is 65.365 mm while the deflection on the U Girder is 79.425 mm. Thus, the U Girder has a smaller deflection than the I Girder. The two girders experienced a smaller deflection than the allowable deflection of 136.00 mm. Keywords: Girder, Bridge, Deflection, PCI, PCU
