Abstract

Redesain pasar di Kabupaten Ciamis mengacu pada nilai nilai arsitektur perilaku dengan standar pasar yang memasukkan unsur modern tanpa menghilangkan budaya yang melekat di masyarakat, juga diambil dari permasalahan yang terdapat pada obyek terkait dengan perilaku masyarakatnya. Redesain bertujuan untuk menciptakan Pasar pengunjung maupun pengguna, kemudian menjawab isu lingkungan sekitar dan memberi kenyamanan fisik maupun psikologis masyarakat agar mendapatkan kenyamanan dan rasa aman saat berbelanja. Pasar Manis Ciamis dan kawasannya memiliki luasan kurang lebih 16.000 m2, dengan isu permasalahan lingkungan yang menjadikan pasar tersebut perlu ditata ulang, menjadikan pendekatan arsitektur perilaku sebagai respon isu permasalahan. Menggunakan beberpa konsep arsitektur perilaku, diantaranya: Behaviour Setting, Spatial Cognation, dan Enveronment Perception.Konsep tersebut diterapkan pada elemen strukturnya yang meliputi unsur pengolagan elemen ekemen bentuk yang tidak terlepas dari kondisi citra bangunan eksisting yang ada. Redesign of the market Ciamis Regency refers to the values of behavioral architecture with market standards that incorporate modern elements without eliminating the culture inherent in the community, as well as taken from the problems contained in objects related to the community’s behavior. The redesign aims to create a market for visitors and users, then answer environmental issues and provide physical and psychological comfort for the community to get comfort and a sense of security when shopping. The Pasar Manis Ciamis and its area are approximately 16,000 m2, with environmental issues that make the market need to be reorganized, making the behavioral architectural approach a response to problem issues—using several behavioral architectural concepts, including Behavior Setting, Spatial Cognation, and Environment Perception. The concept is applied to the structural elements, which include processing elements of form which cannot be separated from the condition of the existing image of the existing building.
