Abstract

Arsitektur High-Tech adalah salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan dalam proses perencanaan dan perancangan suatu bangunan. Arsitektur High-Tech memiliki karakteristik yaitu penampakan luar-dalam, mengekspos proses perancangan, pewarnaan yang cerah dan datar, optimis dengan teknologi, transparan, pelapisan dan pergerakan, serta penggunaan struktur yang modern. Tujuan penelitian untuk menemukan solusi yang baik mewujudkan bangunan yang mempunyai teknologi terbarukan, aman, nyaman dan memiliki fasad yang menarik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian aplikatif atau penarapan, yang dimulai dari perumusan gagasan awal dan didukung dengan kajian data, kemudian dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam analisis perancangan. Hasil penelitian yaitu penerapan teori High-Tech pada bangunan apartemen yang meliputi pemilihan struktur baja komposit pada bangunan, perwujudan fasad bangunan dengan didukung material kaca, plastik, besi dan pengolahan tata ruang maupun bentuk gubahan massa. In planning and designing a building, high-tech architecture is one approach that can be employed. High-Tech architecture is characterized by an exterior-to-interior appearance, the exposure of the design process, vivid and flat colors, a technologically optimistic outlook, transparency, layering and movement, and the use of contemporary structures. This research aims to identify a viable solution for constructing a building with renewable technology that is safe, comfortable, and has an aesthetically pleasing façade. The research method employed is an application or applied research, which begins with the formulation of initial ideas and is supported by data studies, which are then used as a reference in design analysis. The research results apply the High-Tech theory in apartment buildings, including the selection of composite steel structures in buildings, the realization of building facades supported by the glass, plastic, iron, and spatial processing, and the form of mass composition.
