Abstract
Waduk Sermo merupakan wisata alam yang memiliki keindahan alam yang masih alami dan natural, pemandangan yang akan didapat saat mengunjungi wisata waduk sermo tidak hanya pemandangan air waduk saja, namun juga pemandangan perbukitan menorah yang mengelilingi waduk ini. Wisata pendamping di area waduk sermo juga akan membuat aktivitas berekreasi akan semakin seru. Jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung tiap tahunnya menunjukkan kenaikan. Namun kekurangan yang akan didapat saat berkunjung ialah kurangnya fasilitas penginapan yang memadai di area ini, karena tingkat wisatawan yang menginap di daerah ini terbilang sedikit, melihat fasilitas penginapan yang kurang memadi, membuat wisatawan yang berkunjung hanya melakukan perjalanan seharian saja. Maka dari itu terbentuklah gagasan perancangan resort di Kawasan waduk sermo ini, agar mendongkrak angka peningkatan wisatawan yang menginap diarea waduk, serta dapat meningkatkan perekonimian warga sekitar. Sermo Reservoir is a natural tourism object that has natural and unspoiled beauty, the view that will be obtained when visiting Sermo reservoir tourism is not only the view of the reservoir water, but also the view of the menorah hills that surround this reservoir. Companion tours in the Sermo reservoir area will also make recreational activities even more exciting. The number of tourists who visit each year shows an increase. However, the drawback that will be obtained when visiting is the lack of adequate lodging facilities in this area, because the level of tourists staying in this area is relatively small, seeing the inadequate lodging facilities, making tourists who visit only travel all day. Therefore, the idea of designing a resort in the Sermo reservoir area was formed, in order to boost the number of tourists staying in the reservoir area, and to improve the economy of local residents.
