Abstract
Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Mandalika merupakan kawasan yang terletak di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, kawasan ini memiliki posisi yang sangat strategis dengan menawarkan berbagai pesona alam. Berdasarkan masterplan, terdapat beberapa area yang akan dikembangkan menjadi fungsi hotel dan resort, salah satunya adalah area Pesisir Pantai Tanjung Aan. Konsep resort pantai dengan berbagai macam fasilitas dikembangkan dengan pendekatan arsitektur ekologi, penerapan arsitektur ekologi bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya alam kawasan serta meminimalisir penggunaan energi tidak terbarukan. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah metode observasi langsung serta studi literatur, data dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dengan analisis arsitektur ekologi. Penerapan arsitektur ekologi pada perancangan resort pantai ini mengacu pada beberapa aspek diantaranya: solution grows from place, ecological accounting informs design, design with nature, everyone is a designer, make nature visible. Konsep arsitektur ekologi diaplikasikan pada seluruh aspek, seperti: landscape, material bangunan, konsep fasad, orientasi bangunan, serta penggunaan energi alami. Penggunaan material ramah lingkungan seperti kayu dan bambu diaplikasikan pada area cottage serta fasad bangunan. Selain itu, orientasi seluruh massa bangunan utamanya diarahkan ke area pesisir pantai, konsep perbedaan ketinggian tanah pada beberapa landscape bertujuan untuk memberikan view yang berorientasi pada area pantai sehingga bisa memanfaatkan potensi kawasan dengan sangat baik. The Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is located in Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This area has a very strategic position by offering various natural charms. Based on the master plan, several areas will be developed into hotel and resort functions, one of which is the Tanjung Aan Coastal area. The concept of a beach resort with various facilities was developed with an ecological architectural approach. The application of ecological architecture aims to utilize the potential of the area's natural resources and minimize the use of non-renewable energy. The design method employed is direct observation and literature review, followed by data collection and ecological architecture analysis. The application of ecological architecture in the design of this beach resort refers to several aspects, including solution grows from the place, ecological accounting informs design, design with nature, everyone is a designer, make nature visible. Ecological architecture is applied to all aspects, such as landscape, building materials, facade concepts, building orientation, and the use of natural energy. The cottage area and building facade are constructed with eco-friendly materials such as bamboo and wood. In addition, the orientation of the entire mass of the building is primarily directed toward the coastal area, and the concept of the difference in land height in various landscapes aims to provide a view oriented toward the beach area so that the area's potential can be utilized to the fullest extent.
