Abstract

Waduk Gajah Mungkur merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Wonogiri. Pada tahun 2020 Waduk Gajah Mungkur akan di revitalisasi dan di perluas dari 7,5 hektare menjadi 115 hektare yang nantinya bisa membuka pintu bagi bagi siapa saja yang akan berinvestasi atau membuka usaha baru disana contohnya adalah dengan membangun fasilitas penginapan seperti hotel, resort ataupun homestay. Oleh karena itu pembangunan Resort di Kawasan Waduk Gajah Mungkur bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Infrastruktur atau fasilitas pendukung di sekitar Waduk Gajah Mungkur. Metode pencarian data melalui survei lapangan dan pencarian data melalui internet berupa data data tentang site, regulasi dan konteks sekitar. Konsep perancangan merupakan tahapan penggabungan beberapa alternatif perancangan yang muncul pada tahap analisis. Konsep bangunan yang akan di gunakan, yakni konsep pendekatan arsitektur ekologi. Pada tahapan sintesis meliputi kajian mengenai penggunaan konsep perancangan yang diterapkan dalam tapak, bentuk bangunan, ruang, struktur, sistem utilitas. Perancangan Resort di area wisata Waduk Gajah Mungkur ini sebagai salah satu respon terhadap isu yang ada mengenai reviitalisasi waduk gajah mungkur serta kurangnya area penginapan di sekitar wisata tersebut. Penerapan desain bangunan menggunkan pendekatan arsitektur ekologi bertujuan untuk menjaga kelestarian alam di sekitar serta memunculkan kesinambungan antara bangunan dan alam. Bentuk bangunan di dapatkan berdasarkan analisi alam, manusia dan konteks lingkungan. Gajah Mungkur Reservoir is one of the tourist destinations in Wonogiri Regency. In 2020 Gajah Mungkur Reservoir will be revitalized and expanded from 7.5 hectares to 115 hectares which will later open doors for anyone who will invest or open a new business there, for example by building lodging facilities such as hotels, resorts or homestays. Therefore, the development of Resorts in the Gajah Mungkur Reservoir Area aims to develop infrastructure or supporting facilities around the Gajah Mungkur Reservoir. The data collection method was done through field surveys and data searches via the internet. A design concept is the stage of combining several design alternatives that appear during the analysis stage. The building concept that will be used is an ecological architecture approach. The synthesis stage includes a study of the application of design concepts to the site, building shape, space, structure, and utility system. The design of the resort in the tourist area of the Gajah Mungkur reservoir was one of the responses to the existing issues regarding the revitalization of the reservoir and the lack of lodging areas around it. The building design applied an ecological architecture approach, with the goal of preserving the surrounding nature and emphasizing the continuity between buildings and nature. The building's shape is determined by the analysis of nature, humans, and the context of the surrounding environment.
