Abstract

Proyek adalah kegiatan yang berlangsung selama periode waktu yang dibatasi oleh sumber daya tertentu untuk menghasilkan produk yang direncanakan. Agar tercapainya suatu proyek pembangunan gedung, biasanya dilakukan perencanaan dengan mengendalikan biaya serta waktu atau biasa disebut manajemen proyek konstruksi melalui analisa termasuk pada biaya upah. Upah dibagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu upah harian dan upah borongan. Dengan adanya upah harian, upah borongan, dan analisa harga satuan maka dapat menganalisa dari ketiga sistem pembayaran tersebut dengan memperhitungkan upah dalam suatu proyek bangunan tingkat tinggi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada pekerjaan pemasangan dinding bata ringan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan deskriptif yaitu menjelaskan kondisi proyek dengan menganalisis berdasarkan data yang ada. Kemudian dikelola untuk menghitung luas volume dari setiap lantai untuk menghitung selisih dan perbandingan pada upah harian, upah borongan dan analisa upah berdasarkan AHSP Permen PUPR No. 1 Tahun 2022. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka didapatkan selisih antara upah harian dan upah borongan sebesar 38,60%, sedangkan pada perhitungan perbandingan yaitu sebesar Rp 46.049/m2 untuk analisa upah harian, Rp 75.000 untuk upah borongan, dan Rp 69.055 untuk analisa berdasarkan AHSP Permen PUPR No. 1 Tahun 2022. Kata kunci: AHSP, Pekerjaan Dinding Bata Ringan, Upah Harian, Upah Borongan A project is an activity that takes place over a period of time limited by certain resources to produce the planned product. In order to achieve a building construction project, planning is usually carried out by controlling costs and time or commonly called construction project management through analysis including wage costs. Wages are divided into 2 parts, namely daily wages and piece rates. With daily wages, piece rates, and unit price analysis, it is possible to analyze the three payment systems by calculating wages in a high-rise building project. The focus of this research is on the work of installing lightweight brick walls. By using quantitative and descriptive research methods which is to explain the condition of the project by analyzing based on existing data. Then it is managed to calculate the volume area of each floor to calculate differences and comparisons on daily wages, piece rates and wage analysis based on PUPR Ministerial Decree No. AHSP. 1 of 2022. Based on the results of the analysis, the difference between daily wages and piece rates is 38.60%, while the comparative calculation is Rp 46,049/m2 for daily wage analysis, Rp 75,000 for wholesale wages, and Rp 69,055 for analysis based on AHSP PUPR Ministerial Decree No. 1 Year 2022.
