Abstract

Kawasan kabupaten pangandaran adalah salah satu kawasan sektor utama dalam pengembangan pariwisata andalan yang ada di Jawa Barat. Dengan semakin meningkatnya sektor pariwisata dapat menambah sistem ekonomi, sosial dan budaya daerah itu sendiri. Sehingga kabupaten pangandaran khususnya didaerah Pantai Batu Karas perlunya wadah resort wisata bahari untuk bertujuan sebagai penghubung wisata yang berada didekatnya yaitu, Citumang, Green Canyon, dan Pantai Batu Hiu agar setiap tahunnya lebih dikenal lagi oleh wisatawan. Dengan adanya perancangan resort wisata bahari di Pantai Batu Karas Kabupaten Pangandaran Kecamatan Cijulang sebagai wadah tempat beristirahat dan tempat rekreasi sekaligus juga sebagai penghubung ke wisata Green canyon serta diharapkan dapat mencapai tujuan dari RPMJ yaitu salah satunya meningkatkan sektor pariwisata dan dapat menjadi wisata bahari yang mempunyai ciri khas budaya lokal yang menampilkan daerah itu dengan modern serta menjadi citra baru dari pantai batu karas dalam mengembangkan kemajuan sektor pariwisata yang unggul ke kancah Nasional dan Internasional. Pangandaran Regency is one of the main developing tourist destinations in West Java. The development of the tourism sector increases the regional economy, society, and culture. Thus, Pangandaran Regency, especially in the area of Batu Karas beach, needs a marine tourism resort to connect this area to other tourist destinations needs facilities in the form of a marine tourism resort as tourist links nearby, namely Citumang, Green Canyon, and Batu Hiu Beach so that these places are better known by tourists each year. The design of Marine Tourism Resort on Batu Karas Beach, Pangandaran Regency, Cijulang District will function as a place for resting and recreation as well as a liaison to Green canyon tourism and is expected to achieve the goals of RPMJ, which are to improve the tourism sector and emphasize the marine tourism with local cultural characteristics in a modern way and a new image of the Batu Karas coast to develop an excellent tourism sector to reach the national and international level.
