Abstract

Program KSPN Borobudur dari pemerintah memberikan potensi meningkatkan nilai ekonomi masyarakat sekitar Jawa Tengah, dan DIY. Khususnya Kabupaten Kulon Progo, keberadaan infrastrukur baru membuka akses luas kepada wisatawan untuk berkunjung melakukan kegiatan wisata melalui Bandara NYIA (New Yogyakarta International Airport). Oleh karena itu, pemerintah menciptakan program Bedah Menoreh untuk menghidupkan potensi wisata yang tersebar merata di Perbukitan Menoreh, sehingga keberadaan infrastrutkur turut meningkat untuk menyambut isu positif tersebut, salah satunya penginapan standar bintang seperti resort. Berkembangnya pembangunan infrastruktur semakin mengancam kondisi alam Menoreh jika tidak dipersiapkan dengan baik. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan pedoman arsitektur ekologis dalam perancangannya. Berdasarkan isu dan data tersebut, maka dilakukan metode perancangan dalam penyelesaian masalah melalui observasi lapangan, melalukan wawancara kepada dinas terkait, dan melakukan studi literatur sebagai dasar penulisan perancangan ini. Proses metode perancangan yang telah dilakukan tersebut menghasilkan masukan dan referensi terkait perancangan resort yang ekologis melalui pemanfaatan Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) hemat energi, pemanfaatan limbah organik sebagai pupuk biopori, serta merancang desain resort yang saling menguntungkan antara pengguna ruang dengan ekosistem tumbuhan agar memiliki dampak minimal terhadap ekosistem lingkungan. The Borobudur KSPN (National Tourism Strategic Area) government program provides an opportunity to increase the economic value of the community around Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Especially in Kulon Progo Regency, the new infrastructure opens wide access for tourists to visit and enjoy tourist attractions through the NYIA Airport (New Yogyakarta International Airport). Therefore, the government created the Menoreh Rearrangement program to develop tourism potential in the Menoreh Hills so that infrastructure also improves to support these positive issues, one of which is star standard lodging, such as resorts. However, the infrastructure development will threaten Menoreh’s natural condition if it is not well-prepared. This issue can be solved using ecological architectural guidelines in its design. Based on the issue and data, the design method in solving the problem is carried out through field observations, interviews with related agencies, and literature studies as the basis for planning this design. The design method process that has been carried out has produced input and references related to ecological resort design through the use of energy-efficient Natural Resources (SDA), organic waste as biopore fertilizer, and a resort design that is mutually beneficial between users and plant ecosystems to have a minimal impact to environmental ecosystems.
