Abstract
Waste material merupakan sisa material, rusaknya material dan ketidaksesuaian spesifikasi material berupa comsumable material maupun non comsumable material yang dihasilkan oleh proyek konstruksi. Lean Construction dapat menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk meminimalisir terjadinya waste material sehingga dapat mengurangi overbudget dan overtime. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui indikator paling dominan yangmenjadi penyebab terjadinya waste material pada proyek, mengetahui tindakan-tindakan yang diambil dalam meminimumkan waste material pada proyek tersebut, mengidentifikasi permasalahan risiko terhadap waste material yang terjadi di proyek konstruksi, dan mengetahui nilai bobot dan estimasi biaya waste material yang terjadi pada proyek konstruksi tersebut, mengetahui presentase penerapan Lean Construction tinjauan waste material pada proyek tersebut. Beberapa tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan mulai dari observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil dari analisis probabilitas waste material pada proyek konstruksi dari observasi di lapangan dan wawancara menghasilkan indikator waste material paling dominan yang menyebabkan waste material tersebut adalah Defect nilai persentase sebesar 47,4 %. Estimasi biaya yang ditimbulkan oleh waste material pada proyek konstruksi selama dua minggu ialah sebesar Rp 1,375,143.47. Dari perencanaan penerapan lean construction tinjauan waste material selama dua minggu pengamatan, didapati melalui pengisian form kuesioner oleh kontraktor, bahwa proyek telah menerapkan tools dari lean construction sebesar 95,65 %. Dengan meninjau dari total harga waste material selama dua minggu yang mana didapat adalah sebesar Rp 28,203,150.00, pada kenyataannya penerapan lean construction di lapangan selama dua minggu observasi hanya mencapai Rp 26,828,006.53, itu berarti terdapat kegagalan penerapan lean construction sebesar 0,52 %. Kata kunci: fishbone diagram, identifikasi risiko, lean construction, waste material. Waste material is residual material, material damage and non-conformance of material specifications in the form of consumable and non-consumable materials produced by construction projects. Lean Construction can be the right solution to minimize the occurrence of material waste so as to reduce overbudget and overtime. The purpose of this study is to find out the most dominant indicators that cause material waste to occur in the project, to find out the actions taken to minimize material waste in the project, to identify risk problems for material waste that occur in construction projects, and knowing the weight value and estimated cost of waste material that occurs in the construction project, knowing the percentage of Lean Construction implementation of waste material review on the project. Several stages of research were carried out starting from observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The results of the analysis of the probability of material waste in construction projects from field observations and interviews resulted in the most dominant indicator of waste material causing the material waste to be a Defect percentage value of 47.4%. The estimated cost incurred by waste material on a construction project for two weeks is Rp. 1,375,143.47. From planning the implementation of lean construction, a review of waste material for two weeks of observation, it was found through filling out a questionnaire form by the contractor, that the project had implemented the tools of lean construction by 95.65%. By reviewing the total price of waste material for two weeks, which was Rp. 28,203,150.00, in fact the implementation of lean construction in the field for two weeks of observation only reached Rp. 26,828.006.53, it means that there is a failure in the application of lean construction by 0.52%.
