Abstract

Terminal Purwodadi adalah sebuah Terminal Penumpang Tipe C yang berada di Desa Purwodadi, Kecamatan Purwodadi, Kabupaten Purworejo. Sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor PM 17 Tahun 2021 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Analisis Dampak Lalu Lintas menyatakan bahwa Terminal Penumpang Tipe C wajib dilakukan ANDALALIN. Analisis Dampak Lalu Lintas (ANDALALIN) adalah serangkaian kegiatan kajian mengenai dampak lalu lintas dari pembangunan pusat kegiatan, permukiman, dan infrastruktur yang hasilnya dituangkan dalam bentuk dokumen hasil analisis dampak lalu lintas. Hasil ANDALALIN menunjukkan pada kondisi eksisting nilai DS untuk beberapa simpang tak bersinyal yaitu: simpang 3 krendetan sebesar 0,54, simpang 4 Ngombol sebesar 0,24, simpang 3 Guyangan sebesar 0,32, simpang 3 Jenar sebesar 0,38. Pada simpang bersinyal yaitu: simpang 4 Purwodadi memiliki nilai DS 1,05 pada lengan utara, 0,49 pada langan timur, 0,92 pada lengan selatan, serta 0,70 pada lengan barat, dan simpang 4 Pendowo memiliki nilai DS 0,53 pada lengan utara, 0,24 pada lengan timur, 0,39 pada lengan selatan, serta 0,04 pada lengan barat. Berdasarkan analisis konsisi eksisting maka diperlukan perbaikan simpang khususnya pada simpang 4 Purwodadi yang memiliki nilai DS cukup tinggi. Kata Kunci : ANDALALIN, Terminal, DS(Derajat Kejenuhan), Simpang Purwodadi Terminal is a Type C Passenger Terminal located in Purwodadi Village, Purwodadi District, Purworejo Regency. In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 17 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Traffic Impact Analysis, it is stated that the Type C Passenger Terminal must be carried out ANDALALIN. Traffic Impact Analysis (ANDALALIN) is a series of study activities regarding traffic impacts from the construction of activity centers, settlements, and infrastructure, the results of which are stated in the form of a traffic impact analysis document. The ANDALALIN results show that under existing conditions, the DS values for several unsignalized intersections are: 3 krendetan intersections of 0.54, 4 Ngombol intersections of 0.24, Guyangan intersections of 0.32, 3 Jenar intersections of 0.38. At signaled intersections: intersection 4 Purwodadi has a DS value of 1.05 on the north arm, 0.49 on the east arm, 0.92 on the south arm, and 0.70 on the west arm, and intersection 4 Pendowo has a DS value of 0.53 on the north arm, 0.24 in the east arm, 0.39 in the south arm, and 0.04 in the west arm. Based on the analysis of the existing conditions, it is necessary to repair the intersection, especially at the 4 Purwodadi intersection which has a fairly high DS value.
