Abstract

Bendung Ciwado masuk ke dalam wilayah kecamatan Astanajapura Kabupaten Cirebon Jawa Barat, terletak sekitar kurang lebih 50 km dari arah Indramayu jawa barat dan 30 km dari Kuningan Jawa Barat,dan di kelilingi beberapa desa,di sebelah timur oleh desa Buntet, Sidamulya dan sebelah barat oleh Cipeujeuh,Lemahabang. Bendung Ciwado memiliki saluran Induk Bendung Ciwado yang di namakan D.I Ciwado. Pada awal pembuatannya air mampu mengairi ± 1105 ha tetapi saat ini hanya mengairi ± 833 ha, akibat adanya pengalihan kegunaan lahan. Daerah Irigasi Bendung Ciwado ini melayani 3 (tiga) kemantren yaitu kemantren Astanajapura, kemantren Martapada dan kemantren Lemahabang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan cara observasi dan wawancara/survey. Kinerja infrastruktur sistem irigasi Bendung Ciwado dikategorikan buruk dengan persentase 57,825%, Kinerja pelayanan air di Daerah Irigasi Bendung Ciwado dikategorikan sangat baik dengan persentase 78,235%, Kinerja kelembagaan pemerintah dan kelembagaan P3A dikategorikan sangat baik. Kata kunci: Evaluasi Kinerja Operasi, Kinerja Operasi Dan Pemeliharaan, Sistem Irigasi. Ciwado Dam is located in the Astanajapura sub-district, Cirebon Regency, West Java, located about 50 km from Indramayu, West Java, and 30 km from Kuningan, West Java, and is surrounded by several villages in the east by the Buntet, Sidamulya and in the west by Cipeujeuh, Lemahabang. Ciwado weir has a main channel Ciwado weir, which is called D.I Ciwado. At the beginning of its construction, the water was able to irrigate ± 1105 ha, but currently, it only irrigates ± 833 ha due to the transfer of land use. The Ciwado Dam Irrigation Area serves 3 (three) ministries: the Astanajapura Ministry, the Martapada Ministry, and the Lemahabang Ministry. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach that uses observation and interviews/surveys. The infrastructure performance of the Ciwado Weir irrigation system is categorized as poor with a 57.825% percent rate, the water services performance in the Ciwado Weir Irrigation Area is categorized as very good with 78.235%, and the performance of government institutions and WUA institutions is categorized as very good.
