Abstract

Kabupaten Temanggung merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang memiliki beberapa tempat wisata, salah satunya adalah kawasan wisata alam Posong. Namun, masih terdapat lokasi wisata di kawasan wisata alam Posong yang belum mempertimbangkan faktor ekosistem di dalamnya serta belum terdapat penginapan atau resort di kawasan wisata alam Posong sehingga perancangan kawasan resort menggunakan pendekatan "Arsitektur Ekologi" menjadi solusi dari permasalahan antara keseimbangan bangunan dengan keberlangsungan alam di sekitarnya. Metode rasional analitis digunakan untuk mendapakan desain yang tidak hanya mengutamakan fungsi, tetapi juga menjadi daya tarik para wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Prinsip arsitektur ekologi diterapkan di dalam desain bangunan dengan menggunakan bahan material alami seperti lantai kayu parquet, dinding bata expose, atap rumbia, penggunaan ventilasi alami dalam bangunan, fasad kaca tembus pandang, serta kolam renang untuk kenyamanan pengguna resort. Sedangkan pada lansekap terdapat beberapa penggunaan elemen seperti vegetasi, kolam hias, taman, hingga sitting area. Penerapan arsitektur ekologi diharapkan mampu menghasilkan desain yang menyatu dengan alam dan saling berhubungan antara manusia, bangunan dan alam itu sendiri. Temanggung Regency is one of the regencies in Central Java Province which has several tourist attractions, one of which is the Posong natural tourism area. However, there are still tourist sites in Posong natural tourism area that have not considered the ecosystem factors. In addition, there are no inns or resorts in Posong natural tourism area. Therefore, the design of the resort area using the "Ecological Architecture" approach is a solution to the problem between the balance of the building and the sustainability of nature in the surrounding area. The analytical rational method is used to get a design that not only prioritizes function, but also becomes an attraction for local and foreign tourists. The principles of ecological architecture are applied to the design of the building using natural materials such as parquet wood floors, exposed brick walls, thatched roofs, natural ventilation in buildings, translucent glass facades, and swimming pools for the convenience of resort users. While in landscaping, there are several uses of elements such as vegetation, ornamental ponds, gardens, and sitting areas. The application of ecological architecture is expected to be able to produce designs that blend with nature and are interconnected between humans, buildings and nature itself.
