Abstract

Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu kota di Indonesia yang memiliki potensi di bidang industri kreatif. Yogyakarta sering disebut sebagai kota seniman, karena Yogyakarta memiliki SDM yang banyak dan mumpuni di bidang seni. Bantul merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang memiliki keunggulan dibidang ekonomi kreatif. Sektor ekonomi kreatif merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena menjadi sumber pertumbuhan ekonomi di bantul yaitu dengan banyaknya pusat kerajinan, kuliner, dan industri serta pariwisata. (DPMPT Bantul, 2021) Akan tetapi, bantul merupakan daerah dengan tingkat kemiskinan tertinggi di DIY. Bantul creative center adalah sarana yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam pengembangan SDM khususnya pada bidang industri kreatif. Arsitektur kontemporer diterapkan pada creative center ini untuk membuat bangunan lebih menarik dan bisa beradaptasi terhadap perkembangan zaman. Creative center ini, bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi pada pelaku kreatif yang ada di Yogyakarta khususnya daerah Bantul. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada perencanaan ini ada 2 yaitu metode primer dan sekunder. Metode primer didapatkan dari survei langsung ke lapangan, dan metode sekunder didapatkan dari kajian-kajian literatur dari internet yang berhubungan dengan objek yang dirancang. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan menganalisa kawasan dan tapak, objek perancangan creative center dan analisis pendekatan arsitektur kontemporer. Creative center ini dirancang dengan fungsi sebagai tempat berkumpulnya para masyarakat khususnya para generasi kreatif untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang kreatif. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip arsitektur kontemporer pada desain perancangan ini seperti bangunan yang dinamis, harmonisasi antar ruang dalam dan luar, bangunan yang memiliki kesan terbuka, dan pengolahan landscape, diharapkan mampu menjadi daya tarik, dan memeberikan kenyamanan para pengunjung. Yogyakarta is one of the cities in Indonesia rich in potential in the creative industry. Yogyakarta is often called the city of artists because there are many skilled human resources in the arts. Bantul is one of the regencies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta that excels in the creative economy. The creative economy sector is very important, which functions as a source of economic growth in Bantul, namely with the many centers of crafts, culinary, industry, and tourism (DPMPT Bantul, 2021). However, Bantul has the highest poverty rate in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Bantul creative center is a facility designed to meet the community's needs in developing human resources, especially in the creative industry. Contemporary architecture is applied to this creative center to make the building more attractive and adaptable to changing times. This creative center aims to facilitate actors in the creative industries in Yogyakarta, especially the Bantul area. There are 2 data collection methods used to collect data in this planning, namely primary and secondary. The primary method obtains data from a direct survey in the field, while the secondary method obtains data from literature studies on the internet related to the designed object. The data were analyzed based on the area and object of the creative center design using an analysis of the contemporary architecture approach. This creative center is designed as a gathering place for the community, especially the creative generation, to create a creative society. The implementation of contemporary architecture principles in this design includes dynamic buildings, harmonization between indoor and outdoor spaces, buildings with an open impression, and landscape processing. This design is expected to attract and provide comfort for visitors.
