Abstract

Pengembangan komsep Perancangan Resort ini berfungsi sebagai penunjang wisatawan khususnya pada bagian Selatan Gunungkidul, di karenakan terus meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan setiap tahun nya pada area wisata Gunungkidul, selain itu sedang ada pembangunan infrastruktur berupa jalan lintas selatan atau JLS , dan masih di rasa kurang atau sedikit resort yang memiliki klasifikasi pada daerah tersebut. Untuk konsep yang akan di gunakan adalah arsitektur tropis karena yang pertama menyesuaikan iklim tropis pada daerah tersebut dan karena pantai identik dengan kata tropis, maka agar dapat memaksimalkan potensi pantai tersebut , di pilihlah konsep Arsitektur Tropis. Dan hal yang perlu di analisis berupa, analisis tapak, bangunan, struktur,dan utilitas. Hasil dari Pengembangan konsep ini adalah sebuah analisis-analisis yang di perlukan dalam merancang resort dan berupa bentuk gubahan dan susunan gubahan pada site. The development of this Resort Design concept functions as a supporter of tourists, especially in the southern part of Gunungkidul, due to the increasing number of tourists every year in the Gunungkidul tourist area, besides that there is infrastructure development in the form of a southern causeway or JLS, and it is still lacking or few resorts. classified in that area. For the concept that will be used is tropical architecture because the first one adapts to the tropical climate in the area and because the beach is synonymous with the word tropical, so in order to maximize the potential of the beach, the Tropical Architecture concept was chosen. And things that need to be analyzed in the form of site analysis, buildings, structures, and utilities. The result of the development of this concept is an analysis that is needed in designing the resort and in the form of compositions and compositions on the site.
