Abstract

Lelang atau tender adalah penawaran pekerjaan kepada kontraktor atau konsultan untuk mendapatkan penawaran bersaing sesuai spesifikasi dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Metode dalam penentuan pemenang lelang mengakibatkan seringnya terjadi manipulasi data oleh panitia lelang. Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi saat sekarang ini bisa membantu Kelompok Kerja (Pokja) Balai Pelaksana Pemilihan Jasa Konstruksi Wilayah D.I Yogyakarta. untuk mempermudah kinerja panitia lelang dalam menyeleksi perusahaan yang terbaik untuk dijadikan sebagai pemenang lelang, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk dijadikan sebagai sisitem dalam melakukan pelelangan. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria yang berpengaruh dalam pemilihan jasa konstruksi. Objek penilaian ini meliputi kriteria administrasi, teknis, harga. Analisis ini menggunakan software expert choice 11 untuk mencari nilai prioritas dan didapatkan kriteria atau faktor yang paling tinggi adalah Teknis dengan nilai bobot keseluruhan responden yaitu 0,381, Administrasi mendapatkan nilai bobot 0,346, Harga mendapatkan nilai 0,273. Kata kunci: Expert Choice , Kriteria , Lelang , Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Auctions or tenders are jobs offers to contractors or consultants to get competitive offers according to specifications and can be justified. The auction winner method resulted in frequent manipulation of data by the auction committee. With the development of information technology at this time, it can help the Working Group (Pokja) of the Implementation Center for the Selection of Construction Services for the Yogyakarta D.I Region. to facilitate the performance of the auction committee in selecting the best company to be the winner of the auction, namely by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to serve as a system in conducting the auction. This study aims to determine the criteria that influence the selection of construction services. The object of this assessment includes administrative, technical, and price criteria. This analysis uses expert choice 11 software to find the priority value. The highest standard or factor is Technical, with an overall weight value of 0.381 respondents, Administration gets a weighted value of 0.346, and Price gets a value of 0.273.
